Munster High School (MHS) is located at 8808 Columbia Avenue in the affluent town of Munster, Indiana, in the United States. It is owned and operated by the School Town of Munster.[1] Munster High School serves as the only high school for the Munster School District and has a long history of educational achievement on both state and national levels. It is a four star school and has been awarded Blue Ribbon status among other honors from the Indiana Department of Education. Munster High is one of seven Indiana schools included in the Newsweek's 2006 Top Schools list [1] at number 1,134. The school also made the list in 2008 (1257), 2010 (1151), and 2011 (302). Athletics play an integral part at Munster High School.
